01. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our core domain protocols, interacting with the digital marketplace catalog, or commissioning custom project briefs to the Handskills team, you fundamentally validate full structural compliance with these Terms of Service.
If you are establishing these protocols on behalf of a corporate organization or legal corporate entity, you affirm that you possess the requisite governance authority to bind your organization to these legal terms without exception.
02. Custom Production Lifecycles
For custom production design operations, UI/UX frameworks, or software deployment strategies, the following operational requirements govern workflows:
- Blueprint Accuracy: The commissioning entity is strictly accountable for rendering explicit, accurate project parameters and briefs inside Figma links or design blueprints.
- Revision Milestones: All custom arrangements allocate designated revision windows outlined clearly inside active slot agreements. Requests exceeding structural scopes are prone to variable fee extensions.
- Delivery Timelines: While Handskills maintains strict performance targets, delivery cycles may scale dynamically based on late feedback loops or altered requirements.
03. Financial Disbursements & Invoices
All fiscal settlements processed through Handskills Pay are executed securely using standard banking nodes. For bespoke enterprise services, work parameters commence exclusively following cleared downpayment authorization on our ledgers.
Unless explicitly counter-signed inside a customized Master Services Agreement (MSA), all processed invoices, marketplace download transactions, and slot reservations represent final, non-refundable structural settlements once engineering resources have deployed.
04. Catalog Intellectual Property
For pre-built vector graphics, software application layouts, or template bundles purchased directly from our distribution catalog, Handskills conveys a specific, non-exclusive deployment license:
- Permitted Scope: You may customize, edit, and apply the acquired properties within individual personal blueprints or single production commercial client platforms.
- Strict Restrictions: You are explicitly barred from re-distributing, sub-licensing, listing on external asset marketplaces, or white-labeling our catalog assets to compete with Handskills systems.
05. Acceptable System Conduct
Users, publishers, and partnering entities agree to utilize our framework infrastructure only for authorized, legal operational methods. You agree explicitly not to:
- Deploy automated scraping vectors, reverse-engineering injections, or remote script payloads to exploit hosting database nodes.
- Violate the brand identity parameters or copyright claims of other creative teams distributed inside our hub network.
- Circumvent active commission tracking parameters inside our publisher partner frameworks.
06. Limitation of Liability
Handskills framework, including custom system codebases and design assets, is provided strictly under an "As Is" and "As Available" production benchmark.
To the absolute threshold authorized under applicable jurisdiction systems, Handskills Transformasi Digital, PT, shall not carry liability for remote service disruptions, loss of business revenue data, cloud hosting node crashes, or unpredictable technical database latencies occurring outside our direct server arrays.
